Upon delivery of your box, you have seven (7) days to return to the USPS any unwanted items. Simply place the item in the return bag provided with your box, and make sure the USPS receives it. Unfortunately if you do not place the item in the mail within the seven day time period, returns will not be accepted. For items being returned, they must be returned using the prepaid return label and bag provided by Mercury Mile, and items must be unworn (other than “tried-on”), in their original condition and include all original tags and packaging.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Original tags must be with included with the item.
Some types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your payments will be processed accordingly. Please allow an extra day or two for any payment processing to post on your credit card statement.

With consideration of the above actions, any items can be refunded for the price at which you were charged.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 125 E. Home St., Westerville, OH, 43081, United States.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 125 E. Home St., Westerville, OH, 43081, United States. Each of your shipments will contain a pre-paid USPS shipping bag for your convenience.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Currently, Mercury Mile will only be shipping to customers in the continental United States of America.
